The GQ-300 Pneumatic Plate Vacuum Lifter is designed for handling stainless steel plates, aluminum plates and other non-magnetic sheet materials. It uses vacuum suction to securely grip the surface of the workpiece without relying on magnetic force.
The unit can be used with an overhead crane or other suitable lifting equipment for moving and positioning plates in manufacturing and material handling applications.
The GQ-300 is particularly suitable for handling non-magnetic materials such as stainless steel, where conventional magnetic lifting equipment cannot be used. The suction cup position can be adjusted according to different workpiece sizes, and different suction cup sizes can be customized according to application requirements.
