The GQ-400 Pneumatic Plate Vacuum Lifter is designed for handling stainless steel plates, aluminum alloy plates and other non-magnetic sheet materials. It uses vacuum suction to securely grip the workpiece surface for lifting, transportation and positioning.
The unit can be suspended from an overhead crane or other suitable lifting equipment, making it suitable for material handling operations in metal processing and manufacturing environments.
The GQ-400 is particularly suitable for stainless steel and other non-magnetic plates that cannot be handled effectively with conventional magnetic lifting equipment. Suction cup positions can be adjusted according to different workpiece dimensions.
